Grievance Procedure
Any attendee who experiences or witnesses any of the prohibited behaviors as defined in our Code of Conduct, by another attendee of Naptown Stomp events, is invited to complete a Grievance Form at this link.
By completing the Grievance Form, attendee recognizes that it will be reviewed by the board of directors or operations manager, an investigation will ensue, and the appropriate action will be taken at the sole discretion of the board of directors.
The board of directors and operations manager respect our attendee’s privacy and safety. We are aware of the risks of retaliation that come with making complaints. Accordingly, we will take measures to preserve the privacy of any attendee who completes a Grievance Form.
If it is the case that an attendee would like to speak with a member of the board of directors or the operations manager in an unofficial capacity, he or she may do so by reaching out in person or via email.
