Kelly first discovered swing while she was a student at Indiana University in Bloomington. However, she fell in love with Lindy hop while living and studying abroad in Beijing, China, and began her early education of jazz by traveling in and around the dance scenes in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Seoul, South Korea. Since returning to her hometown of Indianapolis in 2015, Kelly’s love of dance has continued to deepen and grow. You can find her playing around on the dance floor both as a lead and a follow– so whichever role you prefer, ask her to dance!
